I slice it either side of the stone, score across it so that you end up with a criss cross of squares, then pop it inside out so it looks like a mango hedgehog and just slice the chunks off :) (And because I'm dead greedy, I peel the skin from round the stone and then have a chew on it lol)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Could you tie it back? Either when he's doing something that he tends to twirl it during, or just carry a hair bobble and tie it back when you see him twiddling it.

I tried the slicing in half, but it wouldn't pop apart like i assumed it would.

EA you need to sort of twist it once you've scored around the stone. It doesn't just lift away.

I did try twisting it, it kind of just squidged in my hands.

    Mango is a stupid fruit.

When i win the lottery im hiring a mango cutter :D

Sorry you might not like my reply .

Although long hair is lovely on boys . I dont think its practicle and you should cut it. Im sure a fiver for a cut would beat him shoving it in his mouth etc etc ..

But I could say that about my DS latest habit of walking around with this hands in his pants . OUCHY

I do agree with this; at some stage I WILL have to get it chopped but I'd rather enjoy those golden locks for a bit longer! He's great at having it brushed and washed etc (and says he wants long hair like me and his sister!), doesn't suck it, it's just a new development. We'll have to see!

And what is with the boys- pants- hands in thing?!
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Why on earth are we being stalked? No idea what's been said or done, this site has always been a great support and you guys are lovely.

To be :money: though, I've had an NSD today.

SM, it's not very MSE, but we've put the heating on occasionally as the house gets damp, so it does the place good every now and then. I guess it'll be on more this year though because we don't want a Sophie icy-pop.

Krystal, that's the best way to eat mangoes!

One way is to plait it and then fold it double, and then tie with a simple hair elastic. I've seen this done in families where the boys traditionally don't get their hair cut. It can look very neat, and is also suitable for formal occasions when you don't want the hair loose.

Then the lad is left with flowing tresses ready for head banging music. :D

EA you can also slip a spoon in and wiggle it around between the flesh and the stone to loosen the fibres.

Edit: I've just seen the football result. Nobody is allowed to talk about it.

What football. There was definately no football played here today. ;):(

Am I losing my mind, or are there bits of other threads appearing in here now?
