from twiddling his hair?! Over the past few days he's twirled it so much he keeps getting his finger stuck!
DS is three and has beautiful long hair, past his shoulders. As he's likely to lose most of it in his teens (family history) I'd like him to have SOME hair for as long as possible so would like to find some way to prevent/ distract him from this new habit rather than chop it off yet. (Plus it's moneysaving not to cut it...;) ) It's absent- minded twiddling, while he's doing other things. Has anyone had a similar experience or solution to share please?!They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0 -

Sorry you might not like my reply .
Although long hair is lovely on boys . I dont think its practicle and you should cut it. Im sure a fiver for a cut would beat him shoving it in his mouth etc etc ..
But I could say that about my DS latest habit of walking around with this hands in his pants . OUCHY :eek:ONE HOUSE , DS+ DD Missymoo Living a day at a time and getting through this mess you have created. One day life will have no choice but to be nice to me :rotfl:0 -

20p is to much for me :rotfl:
I break them to, i just assume its because i have big man hands. DH has to put them in as he has girly hands:rotfl:
Smartie, if you decide to get nose drops, get nose spray instead. The spray is much easier than drops and both nostrils can be done in under 10 seconds.
Rather than trying to hold the drops into the nose of a wiggly screaming baby.
Does anyone know any good tips on how to cut a Mango?
I completly destroyed the one me & Lily just had so i only got about 50% of it0 -
as the other posts have sais, I put our two at their normal time.Have you tried explaining clocks forward and back to a 5 and 8 year old! Why Why Why Why ....Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0

mango- you cut it in half. then if its ripe enough. you can push it so its inside out and then with a knife slice down in lines and across so its easier to cut from underneth.
if that makes sense lol'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
EA, I can't explain it properly but there are some vids on youtube0
