:rotfl: I am prejudiced against Belgium.

Tia, how old is your MIL? Is it just her personality that's changed or do you notice her house is less clean or she runs out of teabags or anything like that?

Also, Becles, I agree with r.mac - your mum would drive me up a wall. You must be a saint.

Took me since 4pm to catch up! Forgot loads now. :rotfl:

    Well done Aless. :j

Something about a crocodile from this morning?

    Hi Wilma!!!

Spending Review, as with the child benefit, I see why they are reforming Tax Credit threshold but again the fairness is not right. A single parent trying to work 16hrs and better themselves is hard enough, but to try and do 24 will be tough where as a couple with one doing just 16 is wrong, and they should be made to work more. In that case I don't think 24 is enough. *waits to be battered!*

And poor Wayne Rooney thinks he isn't getting paid enough, well booger off to Spain then, friggen plonker!
Too many children, too little time!!!

But having said that Buttons, BBC website says couples claimimg tax credits so as a single mum you may be ok. I do hope so. X

Does your FIL also notice a change? If so it might be an idea to get her to see the GP. Occasionally mild TIAs (like a tiny stroke) can cause personality change and while they're reasonably harmless in themselves it's best to get the underlying problem that caused it under control so it doesn't build up and unleash a big one.

Ask her anything and you are met with silence or a very teenage 'just because I am'.
Could it be the opposite change to the one teenagers have?

Why? I have a friend who hides Belgian chocolates from his friend because his friend hates Belgium so much.

Tia, I do think like SS that the GP should be told. Yes you can just call up and they should handle it from there. Could be many things. My Nan had Dementia start in her early 60's which turned out to be Alhziemers (sp?). That can cause agression and she stock piled huge amounts of tinned food and washing powder, also butter for some reason. She also started hiding anything valuable. We think all the family jewellery etc ended up hidden in the bin and was thrown out.
