I don't; go stay every weekend. I can't afford to. I'm a student on limited income and he comes to me once a fortnight, I go to him once a fortnight. I am definatly not living with him as a couple. i am on a tenancy agreement for a house else where with bills in my name0

I've stayed longer than the 3 nights but only once when he had an epileptic fit and in good concience I couldn't leave him
All of this is a myth. The question is, are you a couple (ie do you share bills and finances)ultimatedingbat wrote: »I don't; go stay every weekend. I can't afford to. You are not supporting him, your are not living as man and wife... you have your own place and your own separate finances which are easy to prove.
You are a guest in his home. He is entitled to have visitors. He is not entitled to live with someone who is bringing money into the house and not declare this change of circumstances - but from what you say, that is not what is happening here.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Well that is an unfair clause that would almost certainoly NOT stand up if they tried to throw him out.
It is best if he does not have all your stuff to prove where you live and refers them to you at your address.
if you are registered to vote at his address, that is not clever and you need to change it to your university address, now.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
No I am not registered to vote at his address. ALl he has there in terms of my stuff is a tooth brush, a hair brush, some toiliteries and one change of clothes0

Stop panicking.
A report has been made and the authorities have a duty to investigate it. You have to accept that and go with it.
But it will all be sorted out, because you can prove that you don't live there.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
No exactly. I am not living there. We're scared now though that he's gonna lose everything0

Is your Dad listed as the main driver , and yet you have full time possession of the vehicle ?0

Hi
He needs to tell them that you are his GF but you live 50 miles away and are at university there.
He should not have loads of proof of all this, as you get to the point where the fact he has so much of your stuff to prove he is not living with you that you appear to be a couple.
Did you live together over the summer at all?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
