    a firm of sols ,in the north of this country, issued proceedings against Barclays on 40 odd cases, that has been "put on hold due to the bba action"

    barc folded each and every single one :)

    Keep fighting folks, find every angle you can to get your money back from the thieves.

    i never said my money.. did i?

    it seems many are getting these "hold letters"

    go to the FOS wait 12-18 mths

    go to a sol and maybe get it done a lot quicker

    all about choice!

    yes, you see, the other side picks up costs.

    And there must be some insurance put in place for this to happen I assume? A bit like Cartel did (NOT)? Seems very risky.

    Martin is perhaps working away in the background. No news is good news so they say!!!
