Do any of you know how long it normally takes for these guys to cough up?
They agreed compensation in early October and I ensured the acceptance forms were signed 5th October (ie before JR annoucement)
Should they be paying by now as it is over 30 days? I have asked my CMC to chase...

Can take anytime up to about 6 weeks usually even with FOS involvement and then you usually ask FOS to help again. Have you rang them yourself?

Marshallka, thank you. I have actually done something even better.
I sent them a letter telling them that I will be over in Cardiff later in November and will demand a meeting at their office to discuss the lack of communication etc if I am not paid soon! As I am based in Bristol and have passed their offices when visiting Cardiff, I am not bluffing! LOL
