Your neighbours could be using your connection and not paying for their own. Without proper security, you can't be sure.

Also, you probably have a download limit on your package (e.g. 40gb). Someone could use all this up within a few hours, therefore causing you to receive a very large bill.

thats a good point, but one side of me is empty at the moment, and otherside we are friends with them, also these are not techies but i will be vigulant

The most economic is the one that actually works in the areas in which you need it to do so.
