  • Yay a proactive KP! You go girl! Sounds like you feel motivated and positive going into the new year! Onwards and upwards eh! Think dizzy hit nail on the head re oh - bet when you start to feel more confidence in yourself that its less of an issue for you. May also be that your goals will alter over time as well? Re sterilisation; dont rush anything. I know friends who had it done and then regretted it later when in new relationships - thankfully managed to have a vasectomy reversal and conceive twice after that but no guarantees....just a thought. big hugs for you and happy new 2011!

Yes I do feel better and am wary of spending too much time around OH. I may still be "with him" but dont want to be under his influence as much. I spent quite a bit of time over xmas at the house which was lovely but I was always concious that I should get back to the flat.

RE steralisation I have been putting it off for years but had a tiny scare over xmas where the cold bug left me feeling sick for a few days (a new symptom for me anyway) that the praticality of having another babe scared the h*ll outta me. Would put me back years in some ways. Also the thought of another relationship :eek::eek:. I will investigate a bit more though before I act just to be sure.

  • Well kinda off 2 NSDs. Yesterday went with OH to Mr Ts to get some bits for DD2s school trip and some grocery bits for me. Came to £89 with I reckon £15 for me. Plan to repay that and half of the clothes but by offsetting with what he owes me :).

Back to work tomorrow and have a fair bit to do as I havent written up the report I should have during the break - it just flew by....

Have an idea of a spreadsheet to monitor spends but need to actually try to do something rather just think!

Worried about how work will mean I will go back to usual bad ways so need to plan plan and plan so wish me luck xx

Right Mrs KP. We said we'd do it this year didn't we? As you said above lots of planning as in menus, shopping lists, slotting in some nice time for yourself etc
I'm going to do my menu planning and shopping on fridays as I'm off then. What day are you planning on KP and post it on your diary too so if you lose your menu it'll all be here.
    We can do it...:)

  • Well plan is to go into work tommorrow as I have spent the day watching tele and being on here. Did spend £6.50 at the shop and baked some more bread pudding. Plan to take slices to work to eat instead on chocolate. Downside is Ive already eaten too much and feeling very bad watching Ann Diamonds War on Fat on sky 3.

    Meal plan hmmm

Well rest of potato bake tomorrow
Sausage and Roast Potatoes with green beans (picked up at half price)
Fish n chips - need to defrost
Chicken, rice with g beans and gravy
    baked potato with spagetti hoops

I do need to think about lunches as I tend to eat poorly and spend alot then

  • Well £150 a the optition but that is half price as I plan to have contacts part time which should be £10 a month so should not roo bad on the mse front. I have never had contacts but since I now struggle to not wear glasses wvwn when out I think its time to take the plunge. Other spend £2.20 parking.

NW have annoyed me again I have to book an appointment to cancel the advantage gold account! I only took it for the loan which I didnt take. Like I have time to just pop back into town. Anyways with that and them annoying me over the loan I opened a staff account with Lloyds. I wish I had done it earlier as there are some good staff offers I didnt know about. Always (stupidly) put loyalty to NW first as I have banked there for many many years.

Potato bake demolished but still a tad hungry, No spends on lunch as didnt get to the office - woke up with a headache. No choice tomorrow as out n about. Did get a fair bit of prep done so thats a relief.

:) Well done on the meal plan.
Must do mine on Friday now lol
Hope you get it sorted with the NW. Funny how we can upgrade out ccounts online but have to go to the bank to change back. Think they hope that most people won't bother.
When you still feel a bit peckish would a cup of tea fill that little gap rather than eating anything else. I know it does for me.
