They are slightly sweeter than what he is used to but he likes them. Some people say they are from Marks & Spencer and one forum I went to said they were told by Big Brands the beans came from Sainsburys, so not sure to be honest. For the price you can't go wrong!
Thanks ever so much for your reply, its really appreciated. Will see if they are still in stock and place an order for them and some other goodies.0 -

Have just found this thread - thanks for starting it Foxy!
I had been putting off an order to AF until they had more bread mix but now it looks as though I might be shopping at BB4Less this time around.

Thanks everyone for this page. I'd never heard of BB4L before, but a quick nosey on their website and I'd spent a small fortune, especially on the postage. Still good value for the money, but I thought as it is free collection from the store I'd look to see where the store is. REALLY close to me - about 2 mins walk from my kids senior school! I had seen the shop, but I hadn't ever been in it - not enough time when shops are open!
Has anyone else collected from store? Any idea when stuff likely to be ready? I'll email them tomorrow, but anyone's experiences gladly recieved.0 -

dee xI am, though! Seriously not enough room to store mixes without stressing out the family but that doesn't stop me wanting!
I think I've got a bit lazy with the white bread mix - it was so EASY and so successful that anything as complicated as using some ordinary flour to make bread etc. seems like a lot of bother. Shame on me - anyone would think I was having to sow the seeds, harvest and thresh them and grind them on a quern stone (nearly put 'Quorn stone', which I don't think would work very well!)
I need to get over my lazy ways, though: it could save us a lot.Miggy
