  • Yes you are reading it right to give a couple of examples.
    If you bought:
300% FOC FRANK COOPERS MARMALADE PORTIONS 200X20G
You would receive 800 20g jars (16kg) of marmalade for £3.99.

    If you bought
100% FOC 20 LEMON AND GINGER SAUCE 195G
You would receive 40 jars of sharwoods lemon & ginger stir fry sauce for £1.

All 100%/200%/300%FOC items should be in the hot deals section.

You do have to pay the postage for the extra items so you will notice your basket weight fills up quickly as items marked *00% FOC are allocated a weight which includes the free items too. This is particularly noticable with heavy items such as 3.5kg bags of baking mixes or those in heavy packaging such as glass jars.
Delivery costs £5.25 per 28kg (just under 19p per kg of goods) so to get the most for your money it is best to fill your basket as close to 28kg or multiples thereof as possible unless of course you live in or near Ramsey & can get to the actual shop which is called Brand-It rather than having to shop online. If you need to adjust quantities or remove items from your basket then press checkout & it will take you to the shopping cart page.

They also have a customer loyalty scheme where you can potentially get your entire order doubled (including all the 300% FOC items) completely free of charge as they pay the postage too for the customer loyalty freebies, details of the loyalty scheme are on the BB4L forum.

If you are putting an order in soon then you should be aware that orders will not be processed until the 7th of April, there is a message to that effect on their facebook page for those who haven't heard about it via their email updates.

I see that they've still got those Lloyd Grossman risotto rice thingys on 100% free. So, that makes it 4 kilos for £1. I ordered some a while ago and they're pretty good. The only down-side is breaking the solid mass apart in order to heat it but it's a small price to pay in the great scheme of things.

The Lloyd Grossman risotto base is actually 20 x 200g packs (4kg) with 200% free meaning you get the 20 packs you order for £1 plus an additional 200% of that ie 40 packs (8kg) extra for just the postage cost. So in total you get 60 packs (12kg) of risotto base for £1 + postage.

100% FOC = You get double the quantity listed.
200% FOC = You get triple the quantity listed.
300% FOC = You get quadruple the quantity listed.

Well, they must have increased the offer since I bought them: but you're right I thought they were 100 gramme packs but they're not, as you say they're 200 grammes. When I bought them they were 20 packs plus another 20 FOC

I keep checking to see if they are stocking up on the baked beans but they haven't been in for ages.

The easter competition winners have been announced on their forum & they are asking winners to get in touch with their details to claim their prizes.
  • BigBrandsForLess mentioned on Facebook the other day that there will be another special offer coming soon so it may be worth keeping an eye on the site as their offers are usually pretty good.
