Aiden is Fantastic! What a beautiful face too.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Yes, much better now he isn't pulling stupid faces. He was shaking like a leaf, bless him.

    Oooh rescued from Page 2!

Another lovely day here and still no washing to go out because the engineer doesn't come until Tuesday - when it is due to rain

Tidying up to be done and then Dad will be round for Sunday dinner. He doesn't eat much so I don't have to do a roast each time, thank goodness. Much as I love them, I don't like cooking, so do the least I can - much to my daughter's disgust!

    What you all up to?

    Morning all

Sun's out here so hope to get out for a walk at some stage.

Had an early night as I was shattered but got woken up after an hour by DD1, she'd just found out that one of her best friends Dads had died and she was so upset. One of her other friends Dads was diagnosed with cancer earlier in the week and is really poorly and I think this has made her realise that "life" is happening all around her.....in typical teenage fashion she's very much locked into her little social world most of the time but I think this was a wake up call for her.

Need to chuck a chicken in the oven for dinner and have got Mr T's delivering this afternoon to save me the bother.

DH has just gone out to see friends for "some time" - possibly not home before tea so not sure what the odds are of getting behind the cupboards today

Pooky - Bittersweet moment - we want our chilkdren to be aware of life around them, but sometimes that awareness brings heartache and sadness.

Katsu - Good Luck with finding the leak. You have just reminded me that i need to go and put something down our drains as they don't smell so sweet!

Went to Tesco for a few bits and decided to have a spot of lunch there. As it is a Saturday I didn't put on any make up, just let my hair dry naturally and wore an old T-Shirt, and yeah you guessed it, in walked my ex bf! I was sitting hiding behind my daughter watching him and where he went, and waited for him to go before it was safe for me to do the shopping! Then I saw his gf who works there (she doesn't know me!) and thought she has a big a*se

ROFL!!! Always happens to me when i have lazy day!! You'd think I'd learn!!

Sorry, hope no one minds me invading the thread! :-)
