I show mine and I post a little on the cc board - more for advice than anything.
Dislike the comments made about blaming people (ie. DFWs to a degree) who reclaim bank charges being the reason for interest hikes on cc's.
I think they're forgetting that base rate and general reporting about economic instability on the way might also be a factor. Oh yes, perhaps if there weren't CC tarts making money by borrwing/putting into saving/paying minimums there wouldn't be BT fees? And how much does that contribute to the national debt I wonder..hmmm. But I'm not brave enough to respond with that on there!!
(Gets coat and runs like mad! :rotfl: )Back on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180 -
If they don't like the hikes in interest charges, they have the choice not to have a credit card.Barclaycard 3800

You have NOTHING to be embarrassed about sweetie, we are all friends here
As for me, signature stays wherever I am. I am not proud of my debt but I am sure as hell proud of my hard work to eliminate it!

I do not hide myu signature on any board (and I go on most of them at some time or another),
However, when I first came here to this board I almost hid it because I thought people might not like me saying I was debt-free!
Then I decided I was being paranoid and put it anyway.
And I do have permission to be a DFW nerd!(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
Can't be bothered to change it.
Haven't encountered any sig-based nastiness - even when asking about buying 1st house.
From the other angle - if they don't listen to my advice because of the sig - that's their loss. Sounds a bit heartless, but I've learned over the last year that some people just don't listen.Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!0 -
Hi I don't owe anybody money but I'm not well off. The way things are if anything went wrong I could end up back in debt again. The people I have read about on here are some of the nicest I could hope to meet. Don't hide go from board to board . If others don't like you it's their problem. You can always get more with a kind word and a 2-by-4 than with just a kind word.0
