Made brioch bread last night in my kenwood 450 (new toy) This has been my fave thing so far. Evan eclipsing the pizza dough! delicious!
Any tips/advice very welcome here ladies! Can I just take the oppotunity to thank swan too, as she has been my guide so far in the world of bread maker! I even picked a kenwood cause she went through the pros and cons with me! Thank you :AIn the middle of difficulty lies oppurtunity0 -

it was ridiculous, stuck to the top of the lid & I had to poke a spatula in to scrape it off & get the BM open :rotfl:
I'm very careful about making sure I add the salt now!0 -
Can I just say, to all who may attempt Brioche in the kenwood. Dont be alarmed if it doesn't look like its rising until the last minute. I thought mine was an epic fail until 30 mins before the end. It turned out spectacular though! Well worth trying!In the middle of difficulty lies oppurtunity0

although I love my Kenwood, I have to say the instruction manual (not the recipe book) leaves a lot to be desired :mad:0
