    first tip ...

don't forget the salt when you're making the egg-enriched bread or you'll get a thing like the Blob trying to take over your kitchen :rotfl:

I made it and thought about your 'monster bread'! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

lol, I should have taken a pic at the time :D

it was ridiculous, stuck to the top of the lid & I had to poke a spatula in to scrape it off & get the BM open :rotfl:

I'm very careful about making sure I add the salt now!

Can I just say, to all who may attempt Brioche in the kenwood. Dont be alarmed if it doesn't look like its rising until the last minute. I thought mine was an epic fail until 30 mins before the end. It turned out spectacular though! Well worth trying! :)

oh that's terrible stuff, I don't have a sweet tooth at all, but I'm sure I could eat a whole one all to myself! :o

skyelark seems to be away, so HERE's the Brioche recipe

& here are all the BM450 recipes & you'll get links for recipe books for all of the current Kenwoods on the first link in post #10 :)

I do at home, and can put it up for you, just not at the moment. It is on the kenwood website if you look up ken 450 recipes. I can't put links up yet. My daughters put melted chclate in a bowl and dipped the brioche bread in. I had it with jam....warm! YUM.
To be honest though, I have not tried a bad recipe yet, but this is my fave so far. Let me know if you cant find it and I will sort it out for you tomorrow. :)

although I love my Kenwood, I have to say the instruction manual (not the recipe book) leaves a lot to be desired
