You were a bit rattled yesterday Gneer, what happened (usually only see you so girly flustered when Hamish puts your argument to the sword).

Anyway, amongst you little tantrums yesterday you seem to have:

Referred to the HPC in 2005.
Pointed us all to post 88 on the thread when it was on another completely different thread.
Provided a figure for Dec 2005 which I can't find and which you seem reluctant to point us to (although judging by point 2 above maybe that's not such a bad thing). ;)

Anyhoo, prices up £50k between Jan 2006 and today in Edinburgh.:T

Yep, every time anyone points out the truth about geneers legendary 5 year and £50,000 folly, his head explodes. :D

Right you are Pimp. I was so rattled you were compelled to spam multiple threads on multiple forums with the same argument you tried and failed to gain any traction with multiple times before. :rotfl:

    Oh no he didn't!

Wow. It was the same clown making the same argument on a different thread months ago. How embarassing for me.

Though of course I have actually pointed this out one of the multiple threads you were compelled to start on another forum.
You being so stable and all that.

Though of course Jan 2006 is an arbitrary date. Its certainly not the same arbitrary date you've been w@nking on about for 3 years.

And you've just essentially posted a firm statement that average prices are essentially irrelevant, after it was pointed out that your two 2007 purchases have dropped by 21%. Ouch,.

    Its comedy golf.

He should be being released soon (Hamish would get some stick if he was off the forum for this long).

Jesus. Somebody really needs to collect his prescription.

I do hope the rest of Geneers Gals are taking note.
When it comes down to barmey embittered comedy obsession, poor old pimp really is my number 1 fan.

He really doesn't appear to be taking news of the current 21% loss on his two 2007 BTL properties very well.
    Ah well.
