Anyway, amongst you little tantrums yesterday you seem to have:

Referred to the HPC in 2005.
Pointed us all to post 88 on the thread when it was on another completely different thread.
Provided a figure for Dec 2005 which I can't find and which you seem reluctant to point us to (although judging by point 2 above maybe that's not such a bad thing).

Anyhoo, prices up £50k between Jan 2006 and today in Edinburgh.:T

Though of course Jan 2006 is an arbitrary date. Its certainly not the same arbitrary date you've been w@nking on about for 3 years.
