Those flats you bought in 2007 you mean.
    Anyhow, thanks for sharing.

I've always been very open about my purchases. How much have Edinburgh prices gone down since you joined the HPC site in December 2005 (expecting a crash if I recall)?

Rinse rewind and repeat eh Pimpernil. ;)

Gos. Its quite unusual for a bull to go for the "pretend the discussion never happened" gambit. You really are an original chap.

Tell you what mate, why don't you just pop back and get yerself up to speed again. Start at post 88 and work your way through, theres a good bull.

I'm off out, but I'll update my graph from the ROSEA and post later.
In short, the trend from Dec 2005 is up

Okay forget it Geneer. Edinburgh house prices are up about £50k since you joined predicting a crash. Well done. ;):o:T

Might want to check your working on that one Pimp.
Like I said, why don't you pop back to post 88 and see what happened the last time some clown tried the exact same meaningless argument.

    Theres a good angry bull.

I know what happened there, you unsuccessfully tried to move the goalposts. You joined HPC in Dec 2005 expecting an HPC. Prices have soared since then. :rotfl::T:rotfl::T:rotfl::T

Funny, cos it rather looks like I succesfully clarified the goal posts.
But those are the "harsh realities" right.

Yes, it rather looks like that to you but not to anyone else. You joined HPC in Dec 05 expecting a crash and prices have taken off quite significantly since then. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
