The Land Registry post to which I pinned my colours does (you might find Land Registries in a variety of countries so I am not saying that the Lybian Land Registry is as good as the one that covers England and its beginning to sound like the Scottish one isn't either). Sounds like it'll support your case though so go for it (although I seem to remember you liking ESPC at one stage).0 -
