One thing people do seem to be missing, or just ignoring maybe? is that sales appear to have fallen off a cliff.
Can't be blamed on winter, as other winters have seen figures over 100% higher.0 -

Its probably due to the fact that the cat is out of the bag, joe public is now aware that house prices do in fact fall, dont know if thats the case with jock public, if its not then i hope they find out the news soon and save themselves a fortune.

Well the figures were even higher than now when prices WERE falling.
