oh dear, That light your looking at is the Interest rate rise/HPC freight train heading straight down the tunnel. In a year, prob less you won't be seeing lights you'll be seeing stars, red ones.

We'll see, property valuations are higher than when I bought and rental yield is providing a fantastic profit to rapidly repay the mortgages.

How's gold doing by the way?

    Oh look.
Lite still appears to have lost interest in the topic under discussion. Who could have seen that coming! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    "failure to communicate" is right.

Putting your laughable swerving to the side, I wasn't talking about the other thread Lite babe.
I was talking about this post here...

I'm not surprised you've decided you'd rather not talk about it.

Its the first sensible thing you've done since your eyes met mine across the crowded forum.
Which doesn't mean its not funny to point it out.

I replied to the one point you asked in that post on post 123

You seemed to be rabbiting on about how the ROSEA is a lagging indicator, whilst the ESPC was in your eyes a leading indicator.
I even tried to follow that up showing that the ROSEA has released data (Dec 2010) that supercedes the ESPC data (Nov 2010)

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=40931020&postcount=357

It can be seen that the ESPC lags the ROSEA.
also delving in at a deeper level, there are no real back up of figures in the ESPC release i.e. how many sales there were.

I've tried to get you to discuss things.
I've not run away or tried to divert.
I've answered the points you made.

Now if you want to try and discuss maturely, please make your point succintly and I'll answer accordingly.

Swell. But who mentioned post 123? :rotfl:

    Bravo Lite. :T
You appear to be suggesting (again) that stats know to lag by 3 months are more current than stats which lag by far less.
    To which I respond:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
It can be seen that the ESPC lags the ROSEA.
    Only if you're an idiot.

    Actually I have.
    Yes you have.
    No you haven't.

    The record reflects.

Sorry lite, but actions are stronger than words babe. ;)

Nope, nothing worthy of discussing in your post.
Try again to make your point succintly, preferrably with a link / facts to discuss and we'll see if we can progress forward

    Wasn't expecting a discussion darling.
Was merely pointing out your hypocricy, meaningless discredited assertions and propensity for ignoring salient points with diversionary tactics.

As far as the latter goes, the fact that you've just done exactly that (yet again) is the cherry on the cake. ;)

Since you've got no saliant points to make. I'll wait for the next release of stats to post up.

    Happy dreaming.

I think you mean "no further salient points to make" as you appear to have been completely unable to contradict my earlier points.
But then thats not surprising, on account of how I'm right and you're not.

Of course I'll see you next time babe for more of your unrequited love letters lite. ;)

You are after all one of Geneers Gals. :D
