  • He was extremely happy with the rental yield over the years and was not going to squable over an additional 4.8% which will be affected by his capital gains.
    .

    Yield is the key.

Hamish is normally a big fan of the ROS monthly stats.
His internet must have been down the day that was released.

(or he was crowing about the same temporary spikes in the quarterly figures and hoping no one would notice :rotfl:)

    Wot no Hamish.
    Shocker eh.
  • For clarity again, yet I don't understand why there is a need to have three threads on the same subject on the go.

Seem you want to take the opportunity to take the mickey out of Hamish who predicted falls in the winter months and is being proven right.

Smacks of desperation to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If everyone posted prices from their area this would be a very boring board. Thankfully most dont post such nonsense
  • When you lose the argument post a graph instead.

How does a graph show a lost argument?
It provides facts to be discussed.

The graph I posted shows the individual monthly figures for the last 4 years (almost) from the ROSEA.

Do you not like the graphical representation it presents?
Do you have any valuable contribution you can make to the facts provided?

We haven't even got to the winter months yet. How can you prove something that hasn't happened?

If only it would stay that way.

He is so obviously a troll, stooge and propagandist.

No sane person or person WITHOUT an agenda would keep posting when they are held in so much contempt and scorn.

Well there was snow and hailstones the other day, so that constitutes Winter for me ;)

You know full well that many predicted rises in the first half and falls in the second half.
Do I really need to use the search facility to proove to you once again?
