Its a "professional COOKS" Halogen Oven from BVG-Airflow Group in Skelmersdale.
The girl in Customer Service actually phoned me back after my call was routed to the wrong place because they were busy. But she called me back in 7 minutes:j:j - rather than me having to place another call again tomorrow, which would have been the usual thing to expect.
Three minutes on the phone and a collection is arranged for TOMORROW!!! with a replacement soon to follow.:T
I am so impressed I am tempted to bake some of Twink's Hob Nobs and send them a box (after I get my new baby home of course because you guys know how much I adore, nay love, nay worship my wee oven that keeps me OS company in my kitchen)
Reminds me of the excellent service you get from Lakeland - and we know that they are soooo good. Bravo BVG-Airflow.
