    I'm back from holiday, am glad we had internet access in the hostel as it's so hard to catch up!

    I'm the one in London, happy to help, pls get in touch. I work in Battersea not far from Fulham. Right, better go and read the last hmmm 10 pages???

    Did you know that 96% of a training course is forgotten within a week? (and in my experience the stuff thats remembered is the funny stories and the prat-falls)

    So £96 of every £100 in peoples training budget is lost, because people don't have effective memory systems.

    And some of its because the teaching is rubbish.:D

    I went on a weeks course in 1995 :eek: cost my company thousands to send 4 of us. The ONLY thing any of us could remember a week or two later and that I still can remember is something about how standard typefaces came to be used as a result of the Great Fire of Chicago that was started by Mrs O'leary's cow :rotfl:I can't even remember which course it was.

    Would the Royal Mail give you a Freepost address and route packages to it free of charge?
