Managed to sign up for the new site - thanks to everyone who did it before I did who sorted out the gremlins :T
Karma - I second the Vitimin C and Echinacea advice - I take both and when I get colds and fluey symptoms they always seem to affect me less than the rest of my family who don't take them and last less time. Sounds like you are really run down so give yourself lots of TLC. I am rubbish at going to the doctors but since you have to register anyway after your move don't think it can do any harm to mention how are feeling.0 -
redsquirrel80 wrote: »Karma - have you thought about seeing a herbalist for a different view on things?
Thats a good idea, Squizz, I might well do that.KC I turn into 'super slug' if I eat wheat/gluten, might it be something like that? You could try a food diary and assess how you feel in relation to what you've been eating. Remember there can be a time lag though for the effects.
Se, you're right, thats one of the things I've been lax on, I've been eating too many wheat products recently.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Just for Today........................................
You kow it has taken me nearly half an hour to get home from the school run - there was a bump on the weeny road (tractor and truck) so they shut the road.
Big sign erected "Road Closed"
So joined the main North-South road and went south to pick up the next East-West Road.
Big sign erected "Road Closed"
Down again - and this one's open. So all the way back into town, Get in and go to turn off to get onto the road where I live
Big sign erected "Road Closed"

I'm going to take that as a very clear message from the universe saying "even when a road is closed to you there is still another way round"

Anyone got any ideas?!
Now bearing in mind this is the tecnically inept leading off here.....
When you are signed in, if you click on BOARD INDEX it brings up the individual forums - 5 so far.
If you then click on the bold blue words to the left that are the forum titles - say MATRIX
It then takes you to the threads within that forum.
This one reads "MAking it up as we go along"
Click on the that blue title and that lets you enter the thread.
At the bottom of the thread there is a button called "NEW POST" click that and you are away.

ROFL! :rotfl: Yep, that's about the colour!I've had three or four opinions already, EH, and they all say the same thing - you're fine. I've sat there and cried and they say, yes, you're upset, but we can't do anything for you.
Ugh - that's rubbish isn't it - you'd hardly be going to see them if you were "fine". OK - so at this point in time you're on your own then. In which case you need to throw EVERYTHING in your armoury at recovering from this current bout of KC-itus. That means everything from positive thinking downwards. Good suggestion earlier about a herbalist or homeopathist maybe?
As for the people you still need to contact about the move, fine, they still need to be done, but the majority don't need to be done *right now* - so make your list. Divide into sections - "priority", "important" and "As and when" then you at least have a plan of attack. Sonds like it's something which you are stressing over at the moment - I take it your postal redirection is current and still functioning well? If so, no need to worry too much immediately as you're still getting correspondance through OK. No point in worrying yourself about it all right now though - just get your list started and you'll feel you're doing something constructive.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

EH! I already have a list, more or lessThe redirection service is working well, and I'm not best served by the energy I do have for admin making the list more perfect, I'll just do the informing as and when .... the priority would be my accounts, so that I can get them over with and pay the lower rate of VAT, since its going up in January
