(Assuming that's the total inc 5% vat Kerosene is 58.19p/l ex vat vs 46.63 p/l and is an enormous variation!).
EDIT As it happens, I was 'courtesy called' by Oil NRG (formerly Conquest Oil) and they were "around the 50p a litre mark" in my (Bedfordshire) area, 21st December 2021.0 -

Just been quoted £515 and a few pence for 500 litres. Same amount end of February was £319.77!! That was a Boiler Juice quote.1

I ordered 900 litres yesterday at 82.87 p /litre plus vat, also from Your NRG (ex Oil NRG ex Conquest Oil who are in my village and South Midlands depot) for delivery in Week 2 November. Not quite double what I paid in August '21 when I last filled up. Price varied with 'urgency' of delivery. Bedford Fuels were 83.50 p/litre for same delivery date.
Mine works out at 9.01 p/kWh (ignoring boiler efficiency losses) once it arrives.0 -
