Mine has arrived this morning, i didnt ring or anything it was never cancelled and went from to be shipped to shipped! Very happy ordered 5 and got the free wash bag

My order was cancelled, but after reading some of the posts i decided to give them a call, so glad i did!
Excellent customer service, I didn't even need to ask to have my order reinstated, they very kindly offered, and i still got free delivery. :j

I did think that when I originally put the thread up, but I think they've dealt with it well and we're all going to give them good publicity because of it.

Glad people are still getting their orders honoured. Mine arrived today, with the delivery note as it should be.

Huge,huge thanks to the OP for this grabbit. I was debating whether or not to phone Crabtree and Evelyn this morning, when the postie arrived with a little box, containing the 5 handcreams that I ordered and the free gift. Fantastic!

I'd also like to re-thank OP, Mine arrived today, 5 handcreams + free gift for £15. And the handcreams are beautifully packaged. La Source handcream is my favourite. Great bargain. And BIG kudos to Crabree & Evelyn for honouring the glitch. Shame other retailers are not so honourable. I will definitely shop with them again!

I phoned them this morning as I had a cancellation email yesterday - a lovely lady in customer services let me re-order but I won't be getting the wash bag like some people have received and I had to pay to postage. Still a great deal for 5 hand creams though! Thanks again OP and well done C&E

well i'm totally confused (nothing new!)

i received the cancellation email
and thought (and posted that was fair enough)
i didnt phone

i just received my order, 5 creams & the bag
and been billed £15 in total
