I have just telephoned customer services and was told that my order had been cancelled as the offer was for one £3.00 item but there had been a glitch on the internet, however they said that they had now been told this afternoon to honour the order if they received a telephone call from the customer. Had to give card details again but got my 5 hand creams, free bag and free delivery

After a phone call to them this morning (apparently the directors were having a meeting this am to discuss what to do as there had been so many orders!) they are honouring the orders but without the bag and free shipping (now £1)

Please phone if your order is canceled as they are only honouring those that chase this.

i agree westia, i think that is a fair solution and they have behaved well as a company which is really nice to see.i just hope that the others on here who had ordered will check the thread and phone to reorder.

I just got the cancellation email - they do say you can try and order again over the phone (except for the Hand Therapy offer which expired), and they also give the free delivery code for next order. I've decided not to call as I am not that bothered anymore, but it was nice of them:)

..same here..but still a decent offer from the company
