I spoke to someone this morning. She was very apologetic that it hadn't been sent out yet. Status has changed to shipped. Ordered 5 small creams with the free bag.

i got the e mail too but despite what it says about the hand offer being finished they will still honour the original deal if you phone in.

Just called and reinstated my order. I'm not sure the 'only if you phone' bit is very fair tho'.

I haven't had an email yet will go look at order status. I am a fairly regular customer so maybe they will honour. Not fussed though.

i just rang them and had my order reinstated. thanks for the encouragement msers as i dont normally do it and would rather keep mum about it... SO GIVE THEM A RING. the lady who took my call was very polite even apologised and did not say anything about blah blah blah nor blame me like tesco's.

I like 'jazzconfused' would urge you to call and reinstate your order, I too was very impressed with the customer service, so friendly. Seemingly they only have 3 people running the internet office so it is not a big set up quite suprisingly!

Bravely made phone call this morning. Weren't they nice Tesco could learn a few things from C&E .
Anyway got the cancellation email this afternoon with the wrong order number on it so worried now that the reinstated order has been cancelled.
Has anyone checked their account to see if the new order is on it?
Did anyone ask what the new order number is? Was so surprised at the professional /politeness that completely forgot to get any confirmation details.
Probably worrying about nothing but you get so used to the rubbish customer service from others that shocked.

Yep you get a new order number, which because you did via the phone cant use to track online

Hi All. My order says "shipped". Does that mean I need to make the phone call, or do you think I will receive the original order (5 handcreams+free bag) ? xx
