Just tried ordering 2 and it keeps coming up for £14 no matter which ones I try and order (50ml ones), wonder if they've realised now, thanks for posting about it anyway!:D

Anyone else who had there order cancelled had the money taken from account already then returned? If so I beleive they have to honor the sale even with the glitch.

I didn't receive an answer to my emailed query yesterday - not impressed by your standards of customer service Crabtree & Evelyn - so sent a more strongly worded one today. If still no response the Trading Standards will be receiving a complaint along with some very careful monitoring of my card statement.

I also tried to email but had no reply but, today I phoned the freephone number on my order confirmation (0881114406) and a very pleasant assistant explained that my order had been cancelled but head office had approved the sales and I had to place it again on the phone (including the free deliver code). Thumbs up to Crabtree and Evelyn and Karmachilovething! :beer:

I ordered 2 50ml hand creams at £3 each. Total £6.

I was told over the phone that they are going to honour this glitch but as they have cancelled the initial order you will need to call and re-order over the phone. 0800 1114 406 number on bottom of confirmation email.

thanks to those who suggested ringing.as already said they are honouring the glitch if you phone and reorder.they said the bulk cancellation e mail hadn't gone out yet,if you were wondering about that but you can reorder anyway and i had 5 creams on my order so i don't think it matters how many
