Is yours one of the orders not showing at all? Why cant they recall the email? I know emails can be recalled within businesses but can they not from business to client? Going to go through emails again now0 -

They have you know, they recalled my confirmation email and deny all knowledge of my order!! I checked the order number yesterday so i know 100% i had the email and order placed. Can they legally recall and email and deny all knowledge im livid! I dont mind if they wont honor but to do what they have done im gobsmacked
For those who also couldnt track your order number check if you still have an email from them.
I don't think they can recall the email once you've read it - I still have mine but when I check my order number on the site it comes up as invalid.
I'm not too worried personally if they don't honour because I placed a Molton Brown order for handcream shortly after seeing this thread0 -

It makes no difference if it's read or unread, the only way they can do it is by hacking.0 -

This is untrue recalling an email can be done from the sender its not hacking. Its often done to me in work where people send emails and then recall to change them0 -

If you have microsoft you can recall emails its in their application and other large companies applications. I work in a very large world wide company so no need to laugh.
