just phoned Crabtree and they have a list of 150 canceled orders for this glitch - emails apparently will be sent out later. Oh well was worth a try

Same here but the order has vanished. It's not very good PR is it, no email notification etc.

Pity because I knew precisely who was getting them for Christmas.

I've just emailed to query why my order has vanished, let's see what I get back.
