I think my order has been cancelled without informing me, yesterday I copy and pasted the order no and my postcode into their search and it said my order is being processed. I just did it now and this popped up You have entered an invalid value. Please check it and try again. Has anybody else tried?

Same thing has happened to my order..

I just tried again and it said I don't have any orders for this period, ahh well never mind.

My first order for two handcreams has been shipped. My second order for 5 isn't showing up on my account...

No order showing for me either, I only chose 2 hand creams and didn't even use the free delivery code so I did hope I might get it!

I've just checked mine and my order status says 'To be shipped' so I hope it goes through! I didn't use the free delivery code either!
