Oh sorry me too, bought the cheap woucher and living social ones. I know it's not free but it's a lot better than paying £8.40 or more for a film at peak times0

I signed up to The Times for £1 to try out and just missed out on "The Shelter" as they were all booked up.
Just missed a couple of codes for "Puss In Boots" shames as looks funny.0 -
I don't allow myself to be influenced by reviewers before seeing a film. As for Oscar Nominations, I despair after seeing the long list for Documentary award and the ones missing, in particular Senna.
Plus Iron Lady has just won it's first award.:(0 -
I'm not influenced by reviews, but I do like to read what others say. Sometimes it makes me think twice about a film. I am always open to other people's opinions...well most of the time
I don't like to know anything other than the bare bones of a film. I like to make up my own mind without thinking twice about it just because of what another person thinks.
Plus too many people drop spoilers around like confetti. :mad:0 -
Hiya,
I just got tickets to see the NYE film through SFF. It shows the 'Heart' radio logo when getting tickets...
On the ticket itself it says you may be required to show the page or voucher printed in the promotion. I'm guessing it might me a magazine or such like. Do I 'need' this? And where Was it printed so I can purchase it if it is needed?!
Thanks for any help!0 -
I was just wondering the same thing, just got tickets for the Guardian showing of shame. Have they ever asked for a copy of the Guardian page. If so will pick one up now?0

I've never been asked for a copy of anything, nor ID0 -
Managed to get a ticket when the code was red hot
Should be a bit of a laugh.
I wonder how many people are @ one time scouting for a preview ticket and pounce when posted!!! ?
Really wanted "Puss In Boots" - a little compensation!!!!0 -
Saw Happy Feet 2 and Puss in Boots via Sky Rewards last weekend so I was quite lucky to book them. In conclusion, Puss in Boots was a little better than Happy Feet 2, although it was funnier, well Robin Williams was anyway. The cinema I attended for HP2 was only around 40% full which was really disappointing as I was only allowed to book 2 tickets instead of 4, which I needed for the family. Sky rewards booking system, up till the end, would not allow for any more bookings as the cinema was apparently full, which of course it wasn't. Some people booking these tickets can be so ignorant and inconsiderate to others. If they are not attending, they need to cancel their tickets and allow other people to book the tickets to those who genuinely want to go and will go.0

Just because there are empty seats doesn't always mean that all those people have not attended.
The PR companies buy x amount of tickets but the size of the screenroom is down to the cinema who allocates it in accordance to which one is free at that particular time. Yes, there will always be no shows but just because a room can seat 150 people for example doesn't mean that 150 tickets have been issued.0
