Footloose was ok, I thought there would be too much dancing BUT there wasn't enough!!!
Ren was an ace dancer, ESP when he was letting off steam!!!
Bit too slow n drawn out but some funny moments took the bore off! Some of the humour and accents escaped me!
Glad have seen it but wouldn't have paid to see it myself!
The cinema was packed and a lot of people waiting outside for the 2nd screening. Wonder why this film has been heavily previewed ??? (codes n cinemas galore!!)0 -
I agree with I LUV CATS. I haven't seen the original but my friend said that it was identical to the original line by line and even the dance moves although she did thoroughly enjoy it. However although entertaining I did find it a bit slow in places and I would have loved to have seen more dancing. Fab music though and I definately had my feet tapping! There were loads of empty seats in the Bournemouth screening.0

well, it should be alright if he doesn't attempt any language other than Scottish.
Not really sure that it's gonna be that kinda film anyway (unless it's in his contract) - much more serious subject matter.0 -

Loved the film. Kids were so excited. dd kept boucing out of her chair in the fight scenes.
Ds asked if we could come to see the sequel (told them it was a bit like transformers b4 we went).

I saw Real Steel on Monday -I'd give it 6 out of 10. It was better than I expected, but it was a tad too cheesy for my liking. Cinema was packed.
I then saw Footloose on Thursday. Fantastic remake, I'd give it 9 out of 10. Really enjoyed it, and didn't feel like they ruined the original. Cinema was only a quarter full.

You aren't the first to ask and I doubt you will be the last.
Take the printout to the people who take the tickets at the cinema and they will direct you to the appropriate screenroom. Do not go to the box office as they will not be able to help you as advanced screenings are not on their system.
I advise you to get there at least 30 minutes before the film is due to be screened and maybe a little earlier as they are often over subscribed and you are not guaranteed admittance, neither do they guarantee you will get in if you are late.
Quite often in a lot of cinemas you may find you are asked to queue up to get in.
Hope you enjoy the film0 -
