Have you tried both emails they sent you? You should have received the original confirmation and a reminder email.

I'm sure a copy of the email would be fine.

Yes both links are broken, I have never had this problem before with Tell ten.. I will just print email off it still has the date and amount of tickets so fingers crossed. :o

Well I need not of bothered after all, we turn up at 17.50 to find the Brighton cinema full so we couldn't see the film.. There were about 50 others outside complaining too as they couldn't get in either, what a waste of time in all the times we have been we have never encountered anything like it.
Really disappointed as we really wanted to see Bridesmaids. :(

Awww booooo. I've never been turned away cos the cinema was too full, only time I've been turned away is when the cinema didn't even know a movie was meant to be on, but they offered us tickets to see another movie that night

Same at Bournemouth. A really small screen allocated for the preview - which was full to capacity by 6:10pm. My daughter and about 40-50 others never made it in - very angry customers complaining at the cinema staff, rather than Tell Ten for such blatant oversubscribing.
You have to pay for parking at Bournemouth town centre, plus the fuel, and time to get there...no wonder people were unhappy.

My daughter has complained to Seefilmfirst, and they have offered her 2 free tickets to a film of her choice.

I saw the film, which was very funny, but slow in parts. 8/10. :)
  • Just wanted to say thanks to whoever posted the free Odeon tickets via Wowcher the other week. I didn't think that it would work as somebody was moaning about the link being a week old - but they arrived last week

Went to see Hangove part II with them last night. Thought it was going to be quite disappointing but found it pretty funny. OH thought it was hilarious!

I also went to Brighton yesterday to watch Bridesmaids and couldn't get it. I emailed TellTen and they are posting 2 guest passes. Better than nothing but a lot of people had spent money on food/travel etc. The screen was far too small to handle demand.

yep, so many codes posted I even went to see Bridesmaids twice - our screen last night was quite small but there were still seats left. Sorry to hear people turned away, that is a nightmare but so many people dont turn up too, I can see why it happens that way.

Prob worth the cinema price to see it (or at least on an orange Wednesday!!)
