I am still getting error message with the new code, though it does show I have tickets when I click the print ticket button still no ticket showing. Is everyone else still having problems or just me?

I've just tried again and it says I've already redeemed the ticket and when I go to print there's still no image

Me too, let me onto the cinema screen where i saw no avail for metrocentre, tried to go back on with the same code and it said i had redeemed tickets. SFF is having a 'mare today!

Same here but at least it says the tickets are already redeemed - means we have them (which is good cos my cinema sold out now!)

Just give them a chance and I'm sure they'll sort the ticket glitch..... I'm not worried!

Argh, I got a ticket when the system was playing up.
Now it says Manc is sold out. When I go into my history, it shows I have a ticket for it but still won't let me print it.
