OMG that is awful service from next!

I ordered mine and it is apparently on its way. I suspect it is highly unlikely I will be getting the real deluxe one. At the end of the day, it is their error for mixing up the codes as the title, description and photo on line clearly showed the deluxe station, not just one of the regular play sets. SHould have taken a screen shot I suppose..... Not happy. :(

You wont need a screen dump to prove their error if you have a copy of the Christmas catalogue as the Deluxe version shows as £15 on there. I also ordered this but the next day we got a call from Next but because OH wasnt in they didnt tell me what it was about. I assumed it was to cancel it though they never phoned back.

Can I just suggest something to everyone. When making a complaint, stick to your point and don't get into arguments, some 'customer service' reps love to wind people up the wrong way. The golden rule is, keep asking for someone higher until you get the answer you want. If the rep is showing signs that they are clearly not interested then ask to speak to their supervisor and do not give up until you do.

I always get the result I wanted from a supervisor. Try it.

What page number is it? Just incase they ask I can then pretend I have the catalogue infront of me! Thanks!

can I also just add that the item no. for the delux station in the next book is the one we ordered online. They switched item numbers for the small set and delux set around to sort the pricing issue out. So if when quoting the item number they say that it is the small one point out that this is the number in the book for the delux iykwim.

Just received the mountain lodge. Phoned up and the guy confirmed that the code I gave him was for the deluxe station (although it's showing different on the web now.) He said the suppliers had sent the wrong item and he'd try reordering the deluxe for me but then said it was OOS and to return this one and try again in 7-10 days. really crap service as he said there were a number of calls about this so why still send them out until now!
