I did this with Arcadia and I got her to PHONE ME instead of me wasting my money, and I got an apology and cheque rather quickly.

Thanks, i have sent an email of complaint now.. the conformation emails and invoices all clearly say DELUXE fire station so not sure how it can be my mistake as the person from customer service tells me

will see what happens next (scuse the pun)

I got the little fire station set too. Phoned them about 11.30 and lady said she would get the proper one in post for me and would be here tomorrow (believe that ha ha). She then said about a fire station mix up and took my mobile and said she'd rind me back........

if anyone does get the deluxe could you forward a copy or either picture because that means they a lying through their backsides ,we will have to see how things develop .

I got the little one too would proably have kept the deluxe one and paid £30, for it!

i have recieved 2 emails now saying they will return the item and it was incorrectly priced

i bought the firestation as a birthday present and genuinely don't have time to shop for anything else, is there anything else i can do?

i feel next have been naughty, if they had incorrectly priced an item why on earth wouldn't they just cancel the orders and give people the chance to choose something else rather than send them out a smaller cheaper item??

oh bum...i ordered 2 of these as presents, i was told they wouldnt arrive so i bought one from elsewhere...my mum rang me earlier to say i had a next delivery and my email said i had 2 firestations delivered...it actually says DELUXE FIRE STATION item no:742761, but when you type the code 742761 into next.com you get the £15 sets not the deluxe sets....their mistake blatently!!

anyone can make a mistake but why would they not let their customers know it was a mistake and give them a chance to buy another item?

instead of sending out a small version, did they think we wouldn't notice??!!

£15 for the small one is not cheap anyway - Argos have currently got this at £11.99

Hope you get Next to honour this - clearly it is a warehousing / labelling problem they have

they told me the deluxue is completely out of stock and i will have to return the other items....and order again in 3 weeks for the deluxue!!..whats that all about, tbh i just want the money back anyway,although i did buy 2 for £30 each elsewhere i like them cheaper..but im peed off that they think they can send me the little sets and sell them to me as the deluxue..arrrgghh they said whats the item number? they then tried to say it matched the small set, and i said but i ordered the deluxue set and you have changed it since...im annoyed as i could have just put it away for xmas not knowing..etc

oh yeah and they said i have 8 days to return it!!! omg what if i was ill or on holiday ..
