Fireman sam deluxe fire station £15 from next Urgent

Ok here goes ,ive had a call from next manager and apoligising and has said i can return all goods ,they have not charged me for the next directory and will put an extra £35 into my account as a gesture , so everyone that has bought this please check goods and i got this with threatning them with fraud , so im a little happier now:j

After looking at all 6 i also had the supermarket in one ,looks like theve put anything they could find in , i called this number 5p a minute tho 0844 844 8333

Well I have phoned them and they reckon I will have the Deluxe Firestation sent out and they will collect the mountain lodge tomorrow?! Will see what tomorrow brings, if they havent fot any stock of the deluxe then dont understand how he can say he will send it me? Oh well may need to have a rant tomorrow!

Fraud is deliberate deception - so unless you can prove they deliberately put the wrong toys in the wrong box, best not to use that particular word and risk being accused of libel!

Don't get me wrong, I can see why you're annoyed, and do think they should replace the items. Mistakes can happen, but its important they treat you as a valued customer and offer a solution.

I understand what your saying ,but the manager said it was a replacement that was sent ,as they have no stock of the deluxe ,so why send a invoice saying its the deluxe thats delivered and put stickers on the outside box ,anyway i got something out of them ,but more to the point admitted they have made a mistake ,hope everyone else can get something back

mine has arrived and its the small one.. i have just got off the phone to customer service and they won't do anything for me except return it

the woman had a nerve to tell me it wasn't the deluxe one advertised on the website for £15, and it was my mistake ordering it!?

and that it was a mix up with the invoices

i am quite disgusted with next for that.. it was the first time i had ever ordered anything on line from them and i certainly won't be bothering again!!

Take the complaint further up and it'll get resolved. Ask for a complaint reference as well.

I did this with Arcadia and I got her to PHONE ME instead of me wasting my money, and I got an apology and cheque rather quickly.
