Wifi Access can anyone help

ok buddy im there

the problem i have is that they both connect to the network but it seems that only trafic will flow to one computer or the other and not both at the same time, or at least the bandwidtrh doesnt seem to be being shared

we have 1mb sec and 500 bytes each would be ideal

On the XP box its Settings / Network Connections / Wireless Network / View Wireless.

Don't have MSN/Tahoo/Google messengers

OK, on the XP box first Can you see your router's name in the view wireless networks bit and does it say connected?

yup they both say connected to the network

OK run a cmd box again on each and enter - ping 192.168.1.1

But first disconnect the ethernet cable from the router (put it back so you can post back again)
