I have been lurking for ages and I'm hoping to try some of the simpler items (I'm more of a sewer and knitter really)
Would love to try the pegs, and although they are really simple to you lot, wondered if anyone had a tutorial that I could check out before attempting them?
As mentioned above, sticky or ordinary ribbon, and are the magnetic strips for the back sticky too?
And where is best to buy them please?
Sorry if this is a silly question.Jack of all trades ... Master of none

Thanks, Mummyslittleboy do you know what size you got? Just had a look and they are some that are 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm.2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
I am not sure if this is any use to anyone but in our local pound shop they sell A4 sheets of magnetic photo sheets they are £1.00 for 2 sheets, you could cut them up to any shape to stick on the back of things.Jan lunch to work days 0/200

Raindeer poop - I can't remember up asked but yes you could make them BUT... the commercial ones are better because they have almost like a hardened outside so they won't make the inside of plastic bags look manky... I don't know if there is a covering on them or if it's because the chocolate is tempered... but my nan used to make raisins in chocolate slabs all the time (NOMNOMNOM) and we had to keep it in the fridge as they would start melting as soon as you looked at them!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Some more beautiful makes Moosetastic. Love the snowmen to go with the reindeer lollies.
Great pegs too - they look really elegant with the gems you have added. Can I ask do you use self adhesive ribbon to make them? Or is it normal ribbon or glue that you stick on.
Thanks
Thank you so much!yes I use sticky ribbon, dovecraft ones to be precise. the thinner ones on the cards you get are just the right width for them. heres one of the ones I have used so you can see it better -

I don't have any kids either -well apart from 16 yr old boy we foster - just seems to take me ages to do anything. Mind you I'm not the most organised person in the world and easily distracted.......lol:rotfl:
Tomorrow I've told myself I'm sewing............getting stuff finished off that I started a week ago:)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
