Fab makes Moosetastic. Love what you have done with the chocolate lollies.
I want to try a couple of reindeer flannel/soaps, and wondered where people got the little bells from and brown pipe cleaners.
I noticed Paperchase had packets of the mini bells in, CT. Hope you have one nearby.I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderfulMarilyn Monroe0 -
Bitsy Bean – love your Tree with the gems Christmas card. It looks so elegant. Your other cards are great too. Well done. Really? I actually think it's the worst one of the 3
:rotfl:
Looks like you got loads of bargains today Craftfaries. We don't have a HB near hear so I have just booked a cheap night in a travel lodge on the M6 near Birmingham in November, to visit all the stores in the area. Can't wait.
I am South of Brum, let me know if you find any real treasures, it might be worth me having a wee trip out one day
Only craft shop by me is Hobbycraft which I love but I don't have the funds to buy simply everything from there
Enjoy staying next to the M6, it's so picturesque :rotfl::rotfl:mummyslittleboy wrote: »Just had an order for 6 x reindeer flannels 6 x pots of Gold and 6 x snowman soup guess what I am doing tomorrow!! Anyone seen ferero rocher on offer anywhere?
I am very jealous of you all going to NEC. The awful thing is I am soooooo close but with the ticket price and the resulting spending at the showwe can't afford it. But I will be going there in November to see a-ha :T:T:T
The chocolate raisins......call me daft but has anyone ever tried making their own?? Or is that an OS step too far
Where's the cheapest place to buy from?
Can only one give me a link to a good ebayer for the bags for them?
Plan today is if I get chance to make some Bah Humbug bags. Am not going to be able to make anything during the day next week as have kids (own and mindees) all day til 5.30pm every day. So it's going to be evening making sessions which isn't great as the light's in my kitchen aren't great.
Mooetastic - lovely calenders! The choc lollies from Aldi.....did you cover them in the red paper? How did you do it because it looks very professional
student12 - lovely countdown calenders too. Well done.
CT - looks like you've been busy, very nice
Oh and one more question - where's the best (and cheapest) place to buy the white glitter card from???I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks
All will be well in the end. If it's not well, it's not the end.Be humble for you are made of earth. Be noble for you are made of stars0 -
Hi everyone, never posted in this bit before. I just wanted to say your christmas makes are brilliant. I am not an arty crafty person, infact my attempt at christmas cards was a shambles and my five year old son beat me.
I would love to be able to do some of these, i will give it a go, think i'll start off with snowman soups, surely i can't get that wrong?0 -
Good morning everyone!
Had a sneaky listen to some Christmas songs last night whilst Christmas crafting! Sssshhh! My neighbours are going to think that I have gone mad!
Sam-mumof4- I am not a hugely artistic person either, but I always give it a go. Friends and family will always appreciate the effort of home-made goodies! Good luck with the snowman soup!0 -
Giggles_Fairy wrote: »aw Hollie that isso generous of you. I am going to give it one last shot this week at finding them in a local shop. Could I ask what the exact name of the shop was? I have various poundshops round my way scattered about so if I knew which one to hit it may narrow it down!
I think I have
B+M bargains
Home Bargains
Poundworld
Poundland
Poundshop
off the top of my head! A couple are on a precient I dont visit as you have to pay to park and its similar shops to the other (plus its abit rough :S) but may make the effort this week in my bid for mini candy canes hahaha

I have just bought some white glitter card from here as I couldn't find it locally. Really quick delivery and am really pleased with the quality. If you spend over £5.00 it is free delivery. I bought some glitter card, and added a couple of packets of gems and got the order to £5.04 :rotfl:
Quiksave - thanks for letting me know you can get bells from paperchase. Unfortunately we don't have any locally to here. I'lll start look around, and hopefully will come across some.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000
