Hello FlyingPig and gifted crafters. I'm back again for another yuletide creative challenge!
I joined in last year and made a little money which was mainly restricted purely because I didn't get on board early enough last year, so I have a selection of stuff that didn't sell this year, plus have started producing this years selection.
As a reminder, I have detailed below what I produced last year, some sold, but I have some remaining as well as flannel cupcakes.
Hubby and I are due to adopt two siblings in the new year, so I would like to raise money to equip the bedrooms and help ease the financial pressure a little. I have lots of materials left from last year, so am desperately trying not to be lured into craft shops to spend yet more money and plan to use instead all the existing supplies. The only thing I am short of is freezer paper (waxed). So I have ordered this today on ebay.
I have alredy signed up to a couple of local Christmas fayres - the big one on the 19th November, so will be working flat out in the next two weeks to make up some stock.
My list of makes are:
*- Christmas stockings
- Christmas card hangers
- Felt tree decorations
*- Hand printed Christmas aprons
*- Lavendar bath salt sachets
*- Christmas Gift and Bottle Bags
* examples of these are in the photo below
I need to catch up on the thread so apologies for not being on board 100% and finding out how everyone is going. I will do a catch up and come back to you - lovely to see some familiar names as well as all the newbies! xxThanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

BTW I also got a one cup teapot in there today. I'm intending to knit a casy for it, and put with a mug and mug cosy, a jar of homemade marmalade and some nice teabags to make a Breakfast Hamper.Jack of all trades ... Master of none

Hi,
As per angeladavis, I have not posted yet this year.
Love all the new makes....one question....on flannel reindeer and
those really lovely dogs a couple of pages ago....what do people use
to fasten the eyes and noses on??? I want people to be able to use the items so superglue is out of the question!
I have a load of reindeer made up but have yet to attch the eyes and noses....
Many thanks
xxTrying to earn some pennies from crafting again this year!0
