I read a few pages back that if you remove the packaging for an item you must write the ingredients on your own packaging. How far is this true. For example, will writing 'Elizabeth Shaw Mints' on the packaging be sufficient? For things like the ES mints it's not a huge problem, but I was wondering what you're supposed to do when it comes to the likes of snowman soups? Surely people dont copy the ingredients for the hot chocolate, marshmellows and chocolate chips on their packaging??? Is it more of an issue for allergy information i.e if I were to write may contain traces nuts, would that be enough where original packaging says the same?
I'm hoping to start selling things soon and so far I've only designed one or two toppers, but I dont want to do too much until I know what detail I'm expected to go into!! It seems such a shame to ruin the lovely design of things with miles of ingredient details
HELP!)

Im so excited today i went to the range and bought a scalloped circle punch and a circle punch:D:D:D:D:D:D
couldnt find any puffy xmas stickers anywhere though, where does everyone get theirs ?
also saw a uniball signo white pen for a pound but couldnt remember for the life of me what it was used for lol0 -
Do you not have any stickers in your stash that came with something else but you thought were too small for a card? This is your chance to use up lots of little bits of card and stickers because the area to cover is quite small

the signo pen is used for putting little dashes round the circles or writing with. look at page 1 at flyingpigs page she has lots of great ideas. Have you looked in poundland or the range for puffy stickers0 -

Thanks i kept staring at it and couldnt remember so i left it there lol
looked in the range whilst i was there couldnt see anything
then went to poundworld (is that the same as pondland?) but nothing in there either also looked in hobbycraft0 -
The white signo pen is the best one for writing on dark paper, it gives a bright white, some of the others fade into the page. It's normally about £2+ so £1 is a great price.
The puffy stickers were more readily available last year, but any christmas stickers, stamps or even cut out pictures from christmas cards/magazines work fine. Saying that, you may be able to get the puffy style from Paperchase or Accessorise if you have these shops nearby.
Edit: I made some recently with some of last year's stickers and the white signo pen link hereI don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderfulMarilyn Monroe0 -
I've just remembered, you can also make any flat image dimensional using a product called glossy accents:
Just squeeze it from the tube onto any flat image.
Here is an example of what it does:
Available from craft shops/online. HTHI don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderfulMarilyn Monroe0 -

must go back and get the pen if its a bargain at a £1
that glossy accents looks absolutely fantastic might have to invest in some of that too:D
thanks for your help:A0
