Hi,
Maximum of £10 in calls between both contracts.
I have just swapped my phone over as I had a few problems with it and they have sent me the Nokia N80 which I prefer to the 6233.
To get the Nokia N80 I did have to change to 11 months free rather than 11.5 months. But my Husband still has the 6233 and he likes it.

Fingers crossed for you that you get the call
Good Luck!

purplemoon wrote:Do you think there's any chance of getting pinky8's offer after accepting the 200 deal? (Actually, the free phone not much of an issue, though would be nice). No contract has been signed, and you do usually get 14 days to cancel with a distance purchase, no? Could we say we've decided against it as so upset we weren't valued enough to get the deal our 'friend' got?
All I can say is there is no harm in trying!
I would explain about your 'friends' deal and let them put you through to the options team.
Explain to the options team your situation and the options team will say for example "...the best we can do is 9 months free."Then you say you would be happy if it was 10.5months free?
Then once they agree to 10.5 months free say "11 months and you have a deal...."
I hope this helps and Good Luck!

I have not been on this board for a long time, so I might be going over old ground here, sorry if I am, but just to clarify - I give phonebox direct a sum of money, take the sim card out and put it in my present phone, flog the phone on Ebay for at least £80, use the card for a year and then they give me all my money back?
Durrrrrrr - I'm having trouble comprehending this.something missing0
