    That's sweet.

I have the same contract with is ending on 15 Nov, so I am about to phone them.

Just wondered when you rang, did you ask them to cancel your contract or convert your number to PAYG before they made you the offer?

My contract ended on the 29th September and I called on the 29th August to cancel, I didn't ask to change my number to PAYG. When you ring up to cancel they offer you lots of good deal but not great!

I recieved the second FAB offer phone call 5 days before my contract ended.

    I hope this helps,

Do you get the free phone and 11.5 months free line rental? They would only offer me 11.5 months free without an upgrade.
  • The £5/year T&T 200 offer is without a handset

Pinky8 above managed to get a Nokia 6233 and 500 min/100 txts per month for £15 for the whole year. That's just £10 more then the T&T 200 offer which comes without a handset and is only 100 mins per month. What sort of call spend do you need to get that deal?
  • Sounds like a great deal! Did you spend a lot of money with them pinky?
  • Just rung up to cancel my contract, they did offer me no upgrade but what would have been £9 a month for 500 calls 100 texts, decided to cancel anyway let's hope I get the 2nd call, if not I'll just keep an eye out for any free deals via cashback...
2p off is still 2p off!
  • Do you think there's any chance of getting pinky8's offer after accepting the 200 deal? (Actually, the free phone not much of an issue, though would be nice). No contract has been signed, and you do usually get 14 days to cancel with a distance purchase, no? Could we say we've decided against it as so upset we weren't valued enough to get the deal our 'friend' got?

    Hi,

I have 2 contracts in my name (one is for DH and one is mine). I would say that we actually spend on calls maximum of £10 for the whole year between both the contracts.

    I hope this helps,

  • They refused me a new phone and only 11.5months free on T&T 200, the T&T 600 11.5months free offer was september only, i was told.
