Groupon....Great deals or scam?

Been getting info from Groupon for months, tried them out last night for the first time
Received an e mail to say order had been received and to log in today to collect the voucher
Don't seem to be getting what is needed and now worried after reading this thread
Anyone else having problems with Grand Design tickets from Groupon?

Happy now the 2 vouchers have arrived this morning just took longer than l expected

I'v just come back from Body Flight - 2 indoor sky diving flights for £20 from Groupon - would normally have cost nearer £60
Very happy with that!

Well this saga seems to be going from bad to worse, i have included a link i found this evening, it doesn't make good reading

I do not care if people have had success with Groupon, this is one person who's money they will never get

Hi..l do agree although l've got my vouchers although they took a while to appear (we all expect instant on www) all the chat about money going out of peoples accounts quickly enough but so many not receiving goods or vouchers has made me think twice about using them a second time
I'm going to blog it and see if l get a response

Bloody he'll just read all of that. Going to email group on and just ask for a refund, if not I'll open paypal dispute. Still not had a reply from LW that I sent last week!
