    I bought a Groupon voucher for Louise Walsh make up brushes on 1 September, today is the 20th and I've not received anything. Anyone else purchase this?

    Hi there, we purchased this voucher from Groupon and had trouble entering the codes they sent through, telling us not valid, after persevering we finally managed to order the brushes about 10 days ago, and as yet no brushes.
    Never again will i deal with this company! :mad:

    I had the same problem with inputting the code put managed it in the end the day the code was released. I should have listened to the other comments........

    Not sure when to start chasing.....
  • Great deals with groupon and have never had a problem. Hubby even met the players at the england vs wales legends match. Match entry and guest bar entry for £14!!!

    It's obviously a great set up when groupon and the supplying company get things right, and fingers crossed it will always turn out fine for you.
    But on this occasion it hasnt been good for us and looking on mse, I'm obviously not on my own. :(

    I have also purchased 2 sets of Louise Walsh make-up brush sets & activated them on 9th Sept & received a reply saying they should be delivered within 10-15 days I have not received my order & everytime I try to e-mail Groupon I receive an e-mail saying it cannot be sent!!
    I have now opened a dispute with 'Pay-Pal' and asked for a refund from Groupon - I will not be using this company again!!!!!

    They said they couldn't be sent?! Did they give a reason?
  • Doh read your post properly sorry. I've just sent them an email via the contact us section on their website so I'll see if I get a response. Really annoying this, you'd think they would learn their lesson!

    I recently bought a round of golf for two for £15 instead of £60. Got my round of golf no problem. A friend of mine has had problems with Groupon recently not honouring deals so I'm being quite selective in what I buy next time. For instance, a round of golf costs nothing when you compare it to buying a service product so more likely to get the former over the latter.
  • I got the wife a set of Louise Walsh make-up brush sets and still not got them and ordered them on the 24/08/2011 and not with us yet.
