i have been so busy at work that i have had no time at all this week for avon. my books are prepped and sitting on the kitchen table.. i am going to just have to do triple duty on saturday trying to get them out.

people who seemed interested last time are not in any hurry to order. they don't notice the 'order by' date on the order form and when i knock they just say they are still looking at the book.. so i got no orders from them last time. trying to think of some kind of note i could put in which might encourage people to order more quickly so i could get the books back and give them to other people.

j.avon , put a note on the front of your books, saying you will be collecting them on x date, morning or afternoon. That way they will leave the book out for you and you can give out to other people.

I only let my regulars have it for a week, the rest get it for a few days.

Can't find C2 on line yet. Think it is too early.

When it gets to the second time I've been round, I ask (politely!) if they can have a look tonight and I'll be back to collect the book tomorrow. If they haven't ordered by then I assume they aren't too bothered anyway, so I just collect the book and say I'll drop the next one in.

Thank you, that is a good idea.. last time i dropped the books in and came back the next day to see who immediately left them out for me due to not wanting them. i got several back that way. the problem has been actually being able to go back at a specific time since i work during the day, and i feel it's rude to go knocking on doors in the evenings or around dinnertime. i will figure something out! the note is a great idea :)

I tell mine to leave their books out for me, 3 don't so I knock on their doors. I tend to do it in the evening, after work, or at the weekend, depending how busy I am.

It can't be helped. It is easier if they leave the book out, but not all want to do that understandably.

Log into your account, go to My Orders, Replacements, goto the invoice with the items missing, scroll down until you see the ones missing, choose quantity, 1, and reason code 54, Ordered and charged, but missing from box.

Click on Update, goto next step and request Immediate Replacement. This means they will send out in the post, otherwise you have to wait for next delivery. Click on Submit to Avon.

Thank you so much! What would we do without you! :)

I'm trying to motivate myself to go out and deliver books and go and do a delivery. Haven't even got the heating on in the house, so it is cold, so no excuse for staying in, just don't want to go back out again...

And can I say once again Avon Connects is rubbish! I have asked my group, who is our ASM, 4 views and not a single reply!
