Just received my second order delivery! This time there's an item missing - one that came with a free gift, and that's not there either. They've charged me for it too. Luckily it's something I ordered for myself so I don't have to disappoint any customers.
Is it better to contact customer services by phone or email?

Hmm... got this message on the official site:
We have experienced some difficulties with the formulation of this product which we are working to resolve. Until further notice we are unable to supply this product. We will replace any Cashmere Foundation ordered by your customer(s) with an equivalent shade of Calming Effects Illuminating foundation which is of equal value. It is important to note that the Calming Effects Iluminating foundation does not contain any SPF. Avon’s usual returns policy applies.
Wonder what the "difficulties" were? I'm imagining a bad reaction or a really poor quality product for them to have stopped it altogether. A few of my customers have ordered this in the past and I haven't heard anything from them.
Hello! I suspect this might have been to do with the fact that the product is separating in the tube - I've had two do the same thing now, and my Mum also experienced the same thing with one.
Hopefully when they bring it back they will have solved the problem.
On a different note - I have just signed up to do Avon, so will be popping in here from time to time to share ideas and gain inspiration! I already have a good source of back-up though as I am Ellibee's daughter.....! My order came at 6pm last night! The delievery guy gave me the number for the depo and said mine had to go on a different van as order was so big! He also commented he didnt want to deliever to me at xmas laughing. I only had 17 boxes and me books and that was a smaller order for me. So looks like i'm on different vans every time now.
Hurrah!! Did you take the number for the courier anyway though? Can be worth giving them a bell the day before just to check if they have an idea of when it'll be turning up ...0 -

Was your order due today? If it was, have a look on Tuesday morning (might be Tuesday afternoon) on Order Tracking on the website. The order you've just placed will be on there with an invoice number next to it. Click on the invoice number and it'll give you an online invoice which SHOULD be the same as what you get (there are very occasionally some exceptions) in your delivery. Near the end of the invoice will be a section for out of stock items.
If you check before then, the invoice number will be there but it'll be a blank page when you open it.
If your order due date is after today, wait 2/3 working days after it was due and do the same as above.0 -

Log into your account, go to My Orders, Replacements, goto the invoice with the items missing, scroll down until you see the ones missing, choose quantity, 1, and reason code 54, Ordered and charged, but missing from box.
Click on Update, goto next step and request Immediate Replacement. This means they will send out in the post, otherwise you have to wait for next delivery. Click on Submit to Avon.0 -

I've dropped around 20 books off so far and collected them back but no one has taken me up on the spend over £20 and get a free gift ideaAs I'm on C16 and it has the first 'Christmas Gifts' book I thought it would be a good hook but so far it hasn't worked!
I only have until next Thursday to get orders in and at the moment its looking very sad. I do have some new territory to have a go at but as always 'time' is something I don't have a lot of at the moment but I guess if I want to sell more Avon it won't sell if the books are on the dining room floor eh?
Just felt like a moan, ignore me I'm sure it will pick up.... off to sort these books out to see if I can pick up some new customers.
