I was signed up same way too, given 20 current books and 20 for previous campaign. I just thought it was a bonus!! Now I'm wondering if I'll get brochures for next campaign or not.

Someone mentioned ordering books 2 campaigns ahead - does that mean when I place my order (C16) I should be ordering C18?

Reading about brochures has just sent me into a panic! I am on Campaign 16 and am now thinking I should have ordered Campaign 17 brochures when I placed my first order, shouldn't I? (For Campaign 15, I'm on my second campaign). As I didn't, I will be late starting Campaign 17! Should I order some as an additional order?

Also, please could someone tell me how many days after receiving your order you should pay your balance? I can't find it on the website. Thanks.

Hi don't worry. Your sales leader did the right thing by giving you your 1st campaigns 20 brochures. She most probably just gave you an extra 20 from the previous campaign to help you out since you've got territory, since 20 brochures don't really go very far with territory!

Please don't worry, not all sales leaders are the same the majority of us are very helpfull, but if you are worried and want to make sure for peace of mind just ask her to confirm that you will get the 2nd lot of free brochures for your next campaign. xx

When you place your 1st order say for instance you are placing your 1st order in C16, you will then be ordering your brochures for C18 (It will be always be highlighted in red on the order screen when you place your order, if you did not order any brochures AVON will send you 1 brochure and charge you 55p).

Don't worry! If your 1st order was C15 then you should have ordered brochures for C17, BUT if you have not placed your C16 order it is NOT A PROBLEM, since you can still order C17 brochures when you place your C16 order. What happens if you don't order brochures 2 campaigns ahead (the ones indicated in red on the online order page) AVON will send you 1 brochure and charge you 55p for it).

As far as paying for your order goes, it says you need to pay within 13 days from the Invoice date.
I always pay mine the Wednesday BEFORE my order goes in on the Monday at the Post Office and my balance is always all cleared ready for my next order. xx

If it's any consolation, it's her loss as well as yours. If she doesn't give you the correct brochures for two campaigns, there's less chance you'll place both orders, therefore it's reducing her potential earnings too.

sorry to change the subject but have you seen how much stuff is low or oos, my online order is full of yellow dots and a couple of red crosses, mdoes this happen every christmas? aaaarrrrggghhhh!!!!!

Avon Connects update ....

We have also changed to criteria for opting in to receive customer leads – this is now £300 or more over three campaigns (previously £500). The information on Avon Connects and the FAQs on the Representative website has been updated to reflect this and now states to be eligible for customer leads you must "…have award sales of £300 in the last three campaigns; e.g. £100 per campaign for three campaigns."

page 9 in the big booklet that every new rep should be given...

"free brochures for your first 2 campaigns to help you get started"

unless you requested to have all your free brochures in your first campaign, then they have to provide you with brochures for your second campaign!
