Best to stick leaflet dropping on streets that are your own. If anyone you know doesn't get a book, you can give them one, same if they speak to any of their neighbours they can refer them to you.

If you deliver on streets that aren't officially yours - if its vacant territory that then gets given to a new rep, that would be unfair as then they'd have no customers. If its territory that allocated but not canvassed frequently - it could still get you in trouble with the asm. I had a rep leaflet drop on an area that she thought was free (without telling me else I would have advised against it) because a few people had requested a brochure from her. Turns out it wasn't, and she got a right b*ll*cking from the asm. Yes the other rep should have been covering the streets properly - but then you don't know why they weren't - could be they'd been ill or had family problems etc for a while so had cut back.

Makes sense although as you all know I've been told my SL and ASM to "find my own streets" then tell them what ones I am doing so that they dont give them to anyone else...

I hadnt thought about that, but Im only going to do the ones that were allocated to me. I stopped doing one after a woman had a go at me so rather than giving new books out I will go round with the old books to the rest on that street.

In your case - then yes I'd deliver leaflets being as you've been told to choose your own territory.

Anyone who has allocated streets though, if you deliver leaflets, best to stick to your territory else it could cause all sorts of problems.

woohoo there's me thinking I will have no orders this month I have had 2 people asking me for a book already and an old college friend wants to order things for christmas! so fingers crossed! not having much luck with territory tho so am off tomorrow to canvass some other houses in my territory, seeings as its coming upto christmas people might be on the look out for cheap stocking fillers for people and for their children.
have left a book for my mum earlier so hopefully she may have an order, brothers not too interested as he's already done his christmas shopping!! (wish could be like him, have only got 2 presents!! only another 20 odd to go!!)

i think that this might be the right time for me to step away from my pc because im about to put it through the :mad::mad::mad: window

ive also tried to make a snapshot of the image and upload it to facebook via email no luck:o

im absolutly gutted. we went out today to collect over 50 books we left in a street we actaully wasn't given because we have been asking for more streets and not got any. we got no orders at all so it felt like 2 hours of our sunday wasted. i got home just and found 4 messeges on my answer phone from my manager to pick up a girls orders from around the corner as shes not doing it anymore. by the time i got home she had given them to someone else. and worst of all my orders are 400 short of last month. bummer!!!!!
